EDGE ROBOTIC SURGICAL SYSTEM LANDS IN NIGERIA close

Edge Robotic Surgical System Lands in Nigeria, Illuminating the Future of West African Surgery;

We are thrilled to announce that our independently developed Edge® Multi-Port Endoscopic Surgical Robotic System has been successfully installed and officially commissioned for clinical use at Kelina Hospital in Nigeria. Its exceptional performance and clinical outcomes have received unanimous acclaim from the surgical team. This collaboration marks a significant step in our expansion into the West African market, aiming to advance minimally invasive surgery in the region with more minimally invasive, precise, and safe surgical solutions.

Special thanks to robotic surgery expert Dr. bertin njinou ngninkeu from France. Within just two days post-installation, he successfully performed four Robot-assisted endoscopic radical prostatectomies as the primary surgeon. Dr. Bertin spoke highly of the Edge Robotic Surgical System's performance: "The fluency of the procedure and the control experience are excellent." He expressed his hope to see advanced Robotic surgery technology implemented faster and more widely across the African continent to promote the advancement of local surgical standards.

Dr. Undie, President of Kelina Hospital, stated: "The Edge Robotic Surgical System is incredibly powerful, with an extremely clear 3D field of view and stable product performance. Its arrival marks our hospital's official entry into the era of Robotic surgery, enabling patients to receive top-tier minimally invasive surgical treatment locally."

This cooperation goes beyond the introduction of equipment and technology; it represents a long-term commitment to building local surgical capabilities. We will continue to provide systematic training and clinical support to help Kelina Hospital establish a local Robotic surgery team, fostering the sustainable development of minimally invasive surgical capabilities in West Africa.
